SOFTLINE WINDOW SYSTEMS
Softline is a profile with large rounded edges that helps protect windows from the accumulation of water and dirt, while also improving the overall appearance of the products. In the manufacturing of wooden windows, we use Softline window systems IV-68, IV-78, IV-88, and IV-98.
ADVANTAGES OF WOOD-ALUMINIUM WINDOWS:
– The wooden elements of the window are reliably protected from the adverse effects of the environment — sunlight, dust, rain, and snow, which makes maintenance easier and extends the service life to at least 50 years; – Four sealing contours significantly improve the window’s thermal and sound insulation; – Aluminum profiles hold the insulated glass unit, making it easier to replace if necessary; – There is no wooden glazing bead, and the interior side of the window features a solid wood profile, making the windows even more aesthetically pleasing; – A wide range of options for aluminum protection finishes — a color palette of powder coatings according to the RAL catalog or wood-grain decoration; – High thermal insulation properties.
GLUED LAMINATED TIMBER
Domberg uses multilayer glued laminated timber for the production of wood-aluminum window structures, known as the “eternal window”: – We use carefully selected glued laminated timber with a moisture content of 12 ± 2%, in accordance with the requirements of the Rosenheim Institute (Germany); – Glued laminated timber meets the bonding quality standard DIN EN 204, water resistance class — D4; – The advantages of glued laminated timber include balancing wood tension and avoiding warping, twisting, and deformation of the finished product.
SLIDING WINDOW SYSTEMS
Domberg produces sliding window structures. The parallel-sliding Roto Patio Life system is considered the benchmark in terms of design, safety, and comfort. Distinctive features and advantages of this system include: – No need to lift large and heavy sashes for sliding on the mechanism; – It has a concealed threshold; – The ability to produce sashes wider than 3000 mm and weighing up to 300 kg; – The system’s anti-burglary protection is ensured along the entire perimeter of the sash, and ventilation can be performed in any position, even when closed.
WINDOWS WITH BRONZE PROTECTION
In the premium window segment, Domberg offers windows with bronze protection. Bronze is a semi-precious metal with a noble and authentic appearance. PASSIVE WINDOWS
Thanks to excellent thermal resistance, passive windows reduce heat loss in winter and prevent overheating in summer. These windows not only save energy but also positively impact the environment by reducing overall energy consumption. A distinguishing feature of passive window design is a thicker frame, double-glazed units, and additional insulated overlays on the frame and sash. The overall heat transfer coefficient for passive windows ranges from UW = 0.74−0.8 (W/m²×K).
CUSTOM SOLUTIONS
We manufacture windows of various shapes and complexity. We offer exclusive types of wood, such as pine, oak, walnut, cherry, and maple. In addition to standard finishing colors, we offer various special effects for aging the wooden parts of the window.
THERMAL INSULATION
If you’re looking for systems with better thermal insulation, Softline IV-78 is the best choice. With a profile width of 78 mm, it is 25% warmer than the IV-68 profile. This profile accommodates a double-glazed unit. It is recommended for all types of window openings.
SOUND INSULATION
We develop the formula of the insulated glass unit individually to ensure optimal sound insulation and energy efficiency. Different distances between the middle and outer panes significantly improve sound insulation, as the middle pane does not resonate between the outer panes, unlike symmetrical division. This is especially noticeable in the low-frequency range emitted by urban transport.
CNC MACHINE
Manufacturing is done on a CNC machine, which guarantees the perfect geometry of our products and the quality of detail processing.
